XGraph is an advertising technology and services company that helps online advertisers, ad networks, and websites (our "Partners") deliver more relevant and useful advertising and content to their audiences. We consider user privacy to be of utmost importance, so XGraph protects your privacy by only collecting and utilizing anonymous data that is not personally identified with individual users.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use certain data to provide the technologies and services that help deliver more relevant and effective online advertising and content for online audiences. This policy also outlines our privacy practices on our corporate website, www.xgraph.com, and domains owned and operated by XGraph, including www.xgraph.net (collectively, our website). If you have any questions about our privacy policy, please feel free to contact us at privacy@xgraph.com.
XGraph is a member of the Network Advertising Initiative (NAI) and is in compliance with the NAI's Self-Regulatory Principles.
XGraph collects and utilizes “Connected Audience™” data to help our Partners identify audiences and deliver them more relevant online advertisements and content. Connected Audience™ data is collected using standard technologies (e.g. cookies, pixels, javascipt, etc.) and it is comprised of anonymous information about Partner websites you visit, anonymous connections or interactions within Partner websites and networks, as well as standard information provided to web servers such as IP address, operating system and browser information. XGraph collects and organizes this anonymous data to find audiences who share similarities, characteristics, or affinities which help our Partners better understand their customers and target audiences with more relevant advertising and content.
Our technologies may be present in content or advertisements on websites that you visit. We use the information collected by our technologies to help our Partners create and deliver more relevant advertising and content for you, as well as for statistical and reporting purposes.
Personally Identifiable Information ("PII") is any data which identifies you personally, such as name, address, email, or telephone number. We do not collect PII from Partner websites via our technology nor do we collect any PII directly from our website.
Non-Personally Identifiable Information (Non-PII) is anonymous data that cannot be used to personally identify you. Non-PII is collected when you visit or interact with a web page. When you visit our website or the websites of one of our Partners, our technology collects Non-PII which may include, but is not limited to, information about website pages you visit, anonymous connections or interactions between users of social websites or applications, and your computer's Internet Protocol ("IP") address, browser type (e.g. Explorer, Firefox), or operating system (e.g. Windows, Macintosh).
Many websites, including the XGraph website and our Partner websites, use a feature of your browser to set an XGraph "cookie" that collects and stores data in your browser. We use cookies to deliver relevant advertising and content to website users. Cookies are small bits of text-file data, stored in your browser, which identifies your computer so it can be recognized when you revisit a website. Cookies enable websites, advertisers, and technology providers to offer services such as automatic log-in, relevant ad and content delivery, and preference settings, which improve and personalize a user's experience when visiting a website. Most browsers are initially set up to accept cookies. You may, however, change your browser settings to erase cookies, refuse cookies or to alert you when a cookie is being used. Changing cookie settings will affect your user experience, including the ability for websites to recognize you and offer you relevant ads and content. To learn more, you can check your browser's "Help" menu for information about managing cookies in your browser.
If you would like to opt-out of utilizing XGraph cookies for data collection and ad and content targeting services, you may do so by clicking here. The opt-out process is activated by placing an opt-out cookie within your browser that tells us not to collect data from your computer. This opt-out process also disables our Partners' ability to deliver relevant advertising and content to you. Your browser must be set to accept third-party cookies in order for the opt-out cookie to function. If you block, delete or restrict third-party cookies, or use a different browser on your computer, then you will need to renew your opt-out choice.
Non-PII (anonymous, non-personal information) may be shared with certain parties for the following purposes: (1) to Partners in order to help them target relevant advertisements and content and to better understand their online audiences and customers; (2) to parties authorized to handle such data, which may include our employees, independent contractors, subsidiaries, affiliates, consultants, business associates, service providers and suppliers, in order to enable these parties to perform business, professional or technical support for us or our Partners; (3) to respond to judicial process and provide information to law enforcement agencies or in connection with an investigation on matters related to public safety, as permitted by law, or otherwise as required by law; and (4) as transferred to a successor entity in connection with a corporate merger, consolidation, sale of assets, bankruptcy, or other corporate change.
XGraph does not knowingly collect PII (personally identifiable information) from anyone under the age of 13. If we are made aware that we have received PII from someone under 13, we will use reasonable efforts to remove that data.
The security of your information is important to us. We have implemented reasonable security measures to protect the information in our care, both during transmission and once we receive it. This includes, but is not limited to, the use of firewalls and encryption. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
If you have any questions about our security practices, please send an email to us at privacy@xgraph.com.
We retain collected raw data (e.g. anonymous web logs) for up to six months, after which time this data is discarded. We retain some data processed from the anonymous web logs for up to three years, after which time it is discarded.
We may modify this privacy policy from time to time, so please review it regularly. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here or by means of a notice on our home page. We will never use the information collected under this current policy in a materially more permissive way without first providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise preventing that use.
If you decide to visit our website, your visit and any possible dispute over privacy is subject to this privacy policy and our terms of use, including limitations on damages, arbitration of disputes, and application of New York state law.
