  •      Key Compton, CEO

    Mr. Compton is an entrepreneur who has started three prior companies: Solbright, which provides the online advertising industry with software systems to manage the advertising sales, operations and billing; Mimeo.com, which is today one of the largest digital print companies in the USA; and SoundSpectrum, which provides music visualization software. Mr. Compton has extensive experience within the online advertising industry, having worked closely with clients such as Yahoo, Viacom, CBS, Discovery, NY Times, USA Today, and numerous others. Mr. Compton has an M.B.A. from the Columbia Business School and the London Business School and a B.A. with honors in Economics and English from the University of Vermont.

  •      Paul Moore, Chief Product Officer

    Mr. Moore is an expert in social network analysis and data analytics. As a pioneer in the field of socially targeted advertising, Mr. Moore conducted the first-ever socially targeted ad campaigns to run at Yahoo as Director of Data Insights in Yahoo’s Strategic Data Solutions group. Previously, Mr. Moore was in Product Management at Keynote Systems where he oversaw the integration of three acquisitions. Mr. Moore has a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior and an M.A. in Business Research from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, and two B.A.s. in Psychology and Sociology from UC San Diego.

  •      Jim Merino, Chief Scientist

    Mr. Merino is an applied mathematician and data miner with over ten years experience applying advanced quantitative techniques to solve business problems at Yahoo, Deloitte & Touche, and several start-ups. As a Principal Research Scientist with Yahoo's Strategic Data Solutions group, he worked on myriad studies of user engagement, user acquisition and retention, marketing effectiveness, and mobile communications. As a manager at Deloitte & Touche, Mr. Merino's areas of expertise were web analytics, IT security (risk modeling), and data architecture. Mr. Merino has a Ph.D. in mathematics from Stanford University, an M.B.A. in finance from UC Riverside, and a B.S. in applied math from Caltech.

  •      Gary Gluck, COO

    Mr. Gluck is an entrepreneur who has co-founded several technology companies, including Solbright, Inc., SoundSpectrum, Inc., Passlogix, Inc., and Convizion, Inc. As COO at Solbright, he managed operations and grew the company into the leading provider of sales and billing systems for online publishers. Mr. Gluck previously held management positions in advertising at FCB Advertising and in marketing at HSBC Bank. He also was an Adjunct Professor at New School University, teaching Design Management and Internet Marketing for ten years. Mr. Gluck has an A.B. in History & Science from Harvard College and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

  •      Mark Papia, Chief Revenue Officer

    Mr. Papia is an advertising sales leader who has sold in excess of $1 Billion in digital media since 1999. An expert in both brand and performance media sales, Mr. Papia spent his first 5 years in the digital market at Yahoo!, where he was CPG and Entertainment Team Lead in Yahoo’s New York office and where he stewarded the prominent Yahoo/Pepsi relationship. In 2004, Mr. Papia joined Intermix Media, and MySpace.com, as head of national sales. After MySpace’s acquisition by News Corporation in 2005, Mr. Papia built the performance marketing team within FOX Interactive, which laid the foundation for the FOX Audience Network, launched in 2009. Mr. Papia was most recently SVP, Sales for the FOX Audience Network and SVP, Performance Marketing for FOX Interactive Media. Earlier in his career, Mr. Papia was a magazine Publisher at Reed Elsevier and The Walt Disney Company and a magazine Editor at Thomson. Mr. Papia has a BA from SUNY New Paltz and has done graduate work in Journalism at SUNY Albany, and Business at Pepperdine.

  •      Warren Habib, Chief Technology Officer

    Mr. Habib has been active in the NY tech industry for over twenty years. Most recently, he was the Senior Vice President of Digital Platform Development at MTV Networks, where he oversaw a team building centrally-supported products to support the hundreds of websites within MTV Networks' portfolio. Prior to that, Mr. Habib was the CTO of Fotolog.com, a pioneering socially-oriented photo sharing website that was one of the largest websites globally. It was acquired by the French internet company HiMedia in 2007 for over $90 million. Mr. Habib also served for six years as the CTO for the recently acquired Solbright Inc., which created the industry-standard technology platform for managing sales, inventory, trafficking and billing for online advertising workflows of leading online publishers such as Viacom, CBS, Discovery, USA Today, New York Times, Washington Post, and many others. Mr. Habib has a BA from Stanford University, and an MA from Columbia University.

    For nearly 30 years, Rho Ventures has been investing in leading edge, high growth companies at multiple stages of growth spanning early, venture-stage investments to later stage, growth equity transactions. Rho has participated in the growth of some of today's most innovative and successful companies, including Ciena, Capstone Turbine, Compaq Computer, Gloucester Pharmaceuticals, Human Genome Sciences, iVillage, MedImmune, ReachLocal, Senomyx, Shire, Tacoda, Tripod, Waterfront Media and Yantra. Rho Ventures is currently investing from Rho Ventures VI, a $510 million fund. The firm has offices in New York City, Palo Alto and Montreal, with investments across the globe.

  •      David Carlick, Director

    Mr. Carlick, whose roots in the media and advertising industry led him to co-found DoubleClick advertising network when he was Executive Vice President at Poppe Tyson – a subsidiary of Bozell (BJK&E) that acquired his company, Carlick Advertising and Database Marketing. DoubleClick was ultimately acquired by Google. He also co-founded the Internet group, poppe.com, which was later spun off and merged with Modem Media, going public in 1998 as Modem Media Poppe Tyson; the company was acquired later by Digitas. Previously he was a founding director of International Network Services, which went public in 1997 and was acquired by Lucent Technologies in 1999 for over $3 billion. He also served as Independent Director for Ask Jeeves from August 2001 through its sale to IAC in 2005 for over $3 billion. Most recently, Mr. Carlick served as Managing Director at VantagePoint Venture Partners from January 1998 through December 2008, where he helped the firm invest in a number of interactive media companies, including ReachLocal and Intermix Media (parent of MySpace), where he was board chairman and director.

  •      Larry Braitman, Director

    Mr. Braitman is the founding CEO of Adify, providing vertically focused advertising network solutions to hundreds of firms including Forbes.com, Martha Stewart, ABC / Disney, The Guardian (UK), IDG Tech, and NBC. Adify was venture funded by Venrock, US Venture Partners, NBC’s Peacock Equity fund and Time Warner and was acquired by Cox Enterprises in May of 2008 for $300 million. Larry was previously co-founder of Flycast Communications in 1996, where he served in marketing, sales, and business development roles at this online advertising network. Flycast was sold to CMGI in 1999 for $2.3 billion in early 2000. Prior to Flycast, Larry was a business law partner at a major Philadelphia law firm. Larry is also active on the boards of several early-stage ventures including AdNectar and Flixster, where Larry was also a founding investor. Larry holds a BA from Franklin & Marshall College, and a JD (cum laude) from Georgetown University.
